Leading During Challenging & Uncertain Times

The UCLA Staff & Faculty Counseling Center (SFCC) has put together a toolkit for managers: “Leading During Challenging and Uncertain Times: Creating a Culture of Motivation and Breakthrough Performance.”  This toolkit focuses on the development of five essential dimensions and skills of emotionally intelligent leaders which are applicable to shifting times.
