Staff and Faculty Counseling Center (SFCC) provides confidential counseling, consultation and referral services to UCLA employees and their immediate family members.

Policy is responsible for developing, reviewing and maintaining university policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance and alignment with UC systemwide regulations and legal requirements.

Other UCLA & UC HR websites

Many offices across UCLA and the University of California system work together to provide human resources services for faculty, staff, and student employees. Some HR functions are administered centrally through the UC Office of the President (UCOP) and support all UC campuses, while others are managed directly at UCLA. In addition, certain HR teams are dedicated to specific schools, departments, or administrative units, ensuring support is tailored to the unique needs of each area across the university.


UCnet

UCnet is the University of California’s systemwide website for faculty, staff, and retirees, serving as a central hub for UC news, UC benefits, UC policies, and UC tools & resources.


UC Payroll, Academic Personnel, Timekeeping, and Human Resources (UCPath) system

UCPath is the University of California’s systemwide online self-service system for pay, benefits, and other HR transaction activities.


Central Resource Unit (CRU)

The Central Resource Unit (CRU) serves as a trusted payroll partner for the Bruin community, helping departments navigate payroll, UCPath, reporting, case management, training, and compliance-related processes. CRU supports areas such as general ledger and gross pay payroll issues, Employment Eligibility Verification/I-9 and Nonresident Alien processes, reporting and analytics, and collaboration with UCPath and campus stakeholders.


UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC)

From retirement planning webinars to survivor support — and everything in between — the RASC team can guide you through the retirement process and provide long-term pension and retirement health benefits assistance.

UC Retirement At Your Service (UCRAYS)

A secure web-based platform that allows UC employees and retirees to access and manage their UC Retirement Plan (UCRP) benefits and/or retiree health benefits.

The UCLA Academic Affairs and Personnel Office (AAPO) is responsible for overseeing academic personnel matters across the University of California, Los Angeles.
