FlexWork Considerations for Managers and Supervisors
Department managers and supervisors are encouraged to support FlexWork arrangements when feasible in connection with the nature of the employee’s position and the need to meet operational requirements. Past performance and documented performance issues may factor into the manager’s and/or supervisor’s considerations for allowing FlexWork. Employee input and suggestions should be sought before decisions are made, and should be done on an equitable basis.
