What we do
CHR Compensation Services provides consulting services to campus staff and management on compensation and classification actions. These services include assisting departments with the interpretation of Compensation and Classification policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices; administering salary programs and wage implementations; conducting salary reviews; assisting campus managers with salary decisions to help recruit and retain employees; classifying positions; consulting on organizational changes and advising on how classification decisions may impact the department.
