Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) is dedicated to promoting effective, fair, and professional relationships between the university and its employees.
We provide guidance on University policies, performance and conflict management, collective bargaining agreements, leave management, and other workplace matters. We partner with managers, supervisors, and employees to ensure policies and laws are applied fairly and consistently across our diverse campus community. Through coaching, consultation, and problem-solving support, ELR promotes balanced advocacy, protects individual and organizational rights, and helps create a respectful, collaborative work environment.
