Management Seminar Series

These seminars offer unique professional development for University leaders by world-class faculty, right here on campus. They feature relevant tools and approaches that have direct impact on improving organizations, innovations in management education and engage participants and their colleagues in intellectual stimulation and learning.

“Impactful Leadership Insights,” sponsored in partnership with UCLA Anderson’s Executive Education Program, is designed to provide practical tools and strategies to help attendees engage their team, enhance core competencies, build professional networks, and advance the University’s commitment to organizational effectiveness and inclusive excellence.

The series features presentations by Anderson faculty, national field experts, and interactive dialogue with campus colleagues. The virtual platform enables CHR to support leaders operating under a hybrid work model. Quarterly sessions are offered on the following topics:

All academic and administrative leaders, faculty, and professional staff at the Career Tracks Manager 1 level and above, Professional level 4 or 5, and equivalent classifications  are eligible to attend.

Departments may reserve a package and designate different participants for individual  sessions, provided they notify us in advance of their participation. The fee for the entire series is $605 and $200 for single seminars. Package reservations have priority.
