With the help of the UCLA Learning and Organizational Development Team, you can learn the necessary skills to manage your career journey. The Strategic & Empowered Career Management badge will introduce you to the essential tools and concepts needed to take control of your career and create a strategic action plan for both short-term and long-term goals. 

Strategic & Empowered Career Management badge addresses the following UC competencies: Belonging & Community, Continuous Learning and Continuous Improvement.

To earn a badge in Strategic & Empowered Career Management, participants must complete two core courses, Introduction to a Strategic Career Management Model and Beyond SMARTE: Achieving Your Professional Goals; additionally, participants must also complete at least two of the four available elective courses.

The Strategic & Empowered Career Management badge may be completed as a self-paced course through Bruin Learn.  All modules must be completed to complete the badge.
