Provides safety and security workshops and similar programs for University employees.

Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT)

Promotes campus safety by identifying potential threats of workplace violence, harassment, intimidation, or other threatening and disruptive behavior.

Whistleblower Hotline

Confidential means for reporting suspected misconduct under the California Whistleblower Protection Act.

Staff and Faculty Counseling Center (SFCC)

Offers free, voluntary, and confidential services to assist UCLA faculty and staff who are experiencing personal difficulties that affect their performance on the job, as well as one-on-one counseling and department-based trainings.

Campus Assault Resources & Education (CARE)

Provides a safe place for survivors of sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and stalking to receive confidential support and advocacy. Custom workshops and trainings are offered on a variety of topics related to sexual violence.

Rape Treatment Center, Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center

Provides free, expert, comprehensive and compassionate care for sexual assault victims -children and adults -24 hours a day.

Clery Reporting

The Clery Act requires UCLA to provide an annual safety and security report. Campus Security Authorities (CSA) are responsible for reporting Clery Crimes and incidents as described in the Clery Act to the UCLA Police Department.

Civil Right Office

The Civil Rights Office at UCLA handles reports of discrimination, harassment, sexual misconduct, and retaliation, while providing supportive measures and resources to impacted individuals. It oversees compliance with state and federal civil rights laws across the campus and UCLA Health system.

Evaluates and implements job accommodations for staff and faculty with physical or mental disabilities.

Provides free, confidential, impartial, and informal conflict resolution and problem-solving services for all staff, Non-Senate Academics, and Faculty who perform management functions.

Environment, Health & Safety

EH&S engage and inform the UCLA campus and community by providing collaborative, proactive and responsive safety and compliance expertise. Their domains include fire prevention and response, research lab safety, occupational safety compliance, and air, water, and food quality inspections.
