2022 K4 Contract Economic Implementation

Dear Bruins:

As you know, a successor collective bargaining agreement between the University and Teamsters Local 2010 for the Skilled Trades Unit (“K4”) was tentatively agreed to, subsequently ratified, and is now in effect. Campus Human Resources is working with payroll partners across UCLA to implement the 6% across the board wage increases, the $3,000 lump-sum payment, and to add new title codes to the system. Barring any issues, eligible K4 employees will see the across-the-board wage increase and lump-sum payment on their September 14 paycheck. The across-the-board salary increase is retroactive to July 1, 2022.
