Delegation is a key component of effective management. This self-paced webinar is for any leader who doesn’t know how to delegate, is afraid to, or doesn’t see the point in it (or is already good at it and is looking to build on those skills). Tips for great delegation will be provided along with an overview of why delegation is so important and how it can greatly increase employee engagement.
