This course provides an overview of emotional intelligence and why it’s important in the workplace. Participants learn key concepts to manage their own emotions and work more effectively with others. Topics included in this interactive class are: the narratives that guide your life, skills for self-management, tools to build a roadmap for your future and how empathy can create strong working relationships.
