Exploring InterviewStream

InterviewStream is an innovative pre-screening tool designed to streamline the initial screening process by providing automated video interviews. It allows employers to efficiently assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and communication abilities before moving to the next stage of in-person or Zoom interviews. 

With customizable interview questions, easy integration, and on-demand access, InterviewStream saves time and resources while delivering a consistent and scalable solution for identifying qualified candidates.   

Steps to Use InterviewStream: 

1.  Hiring Manager Initiates Request with the Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) including the following information: 
   1. Provide the requisition number 
   2. Submit 3 to 7 screening questions 
   3. Specify the InterviewStream deadline 

2. Setup: 

   TAC sets up the InterviewStream requisition and sends the hiring manager a unique candidate invitation link.

3. Invite Candidates: 

   The hiring manager sends the provided link to candidates, inviting them to complete the InterviewStream (TAC can also provide an email template for the invitation)

4. Review Results:

   Once candidates complete the interviews, TAC provides the hiring manager with a link to review the recorded responses.
