iCIMS Talent Cloud is UCLA’s new applicant tracking system and UCLA Campus Job Opportunities website. iCIMS replaces the campus’s PeopleAdmin system with a modern, easy-to-use platform that will streamline how candidates apply to jobs at UCLA and view the status of their applications. iCIMS streamlines processes for attracting, recruiting, and hiring candidates, providing a better overall hiring experience. It will also enable department leaders, HR representatives, and hiring managers to easily create and manage jobs/requisitions, review candidates, create offers and contracts, and hire employees.

Access to iCIMS Applicant Tracking
Individuals who have been identified as iCIMS users will be able to access iCIMS for create and manage jobs/requisitions, review candidates, create offers and contracts, and hire employees. Work with your department HR representatives to determine the type of access you will need in the iCIMS and what user roles, if any, need to be provisioned, before you access the system.
Access to PeopleAdmin After March 25, 2024
After March 25, 2024, the PeopleAdmin UCLA Career Opportunities website (http://hr.mycareer.ucla.edu) will redirect to the new UCLA Campus Job Opportunities website (http://jobs.ucla.edu). PeopleAdmin will no longer be accessible to applicants and department users via http://hr.mycareer.ucla.edu.
Department users who have provisioned access to PeopleAdmin will continue to be able to log in to PeopleAdmin at https://hr.jobs.ucla.edu/hr to view previous job requisitions and applicant information until April 30, 2024. All requisitions in PeopleAdmin must be closed or canceled in PeopleAdmin by Tuesday, April 30, 2024.
