iCIMS Training

Announcements

  • Individuals identified as future iCIMS users received an email from hritso@it.ucla.edu with information about iCIMS training. 
  • iCIMS training consists of recommended courses that can be completed by taking eLearnings (online courses) and/or attending instructor-led training (ILT) via Zoom.
  • iCIMS instructor-led training registration begins on Monday, March 4, 2024. Registration closes 30 minutes prior to the start of each session.
  • iCIMS eLearning will be available beginning Monday, March 11, 2024.

Who Should Complete iCIMS Training?

All future iCIMS users (e.g. Department HR Representatives, Hiring Managers, etc.) who will require iCIMS access in the future should take the recommended courses for their functional role. Contact your HR Leadership to understand your iCIMS role and if you will be required to complete training before iCIMS goes live on March 26, 2024.

What Courses Should I Complete?

Based on your iCIMS role, review the iCIMS Training Course Matrix below for the recommended courses each role is encouraged to complete.

What Training Options Are Available to Me?

All future iCIMS users can choose to complete their recommended courses by either taking self-paced, on-demand eLearnings or registering for instructor-led training. The HRITSO Program recommends that training be completed in at least one of the formats before iCIMS goes live on March 26, 2024.

  • Links to short, interactive training simulations covering different processes

iCIMS Office Hours

Beginning Tuesday, March 26, attend optional drop-in office hours hosted via Zoom to meet with subject matter experts and get answers to questions related to the new system or processes. See the iCIMS Office Hour Schedule for a list of times and Zoom links for each session.
