An essential part of career growth is taking the time to identify skill, knowledge, or experience gaps. But once you understand areas for improvement, how does one fill those gaps? Job crafting is the process of evaluating and shifting your work to be more in line with your goals, interests, values, and strengths. During this workshop, you will learn about the three realms of job crafting: task, relationship, and cognitive crafting. You will also learn how to identify opportunities for job crafting in your current role at UCLA.
