The Management Seminar Series (MSS) — offered in partnership with UCLA Anderson’s Executive Education Program — provides practical tools and strategies to help leaders engage their teams, enhance managerial competencies, expand professional networks, and advance UCLA’s commitment to organizational effectiveness and inclusive excellence.
The series features Anderson faculty, national experts, and interactive dialogue among campus colleagues. Delivered virtually, it supports leaders working in a hybrid environment. Four seminars are typically offered between September and March of each academic year.

Eligibility includes academic and administrative leaders, faculty, and professional staff at the Career Tracks Manager 1 level and above, Professional 4 or 5, PSS 5, or equivalent MSP classifications.
Departments may purchase a package and designate different attendees for each seminar with advance notice. There is a full series fee or a cost per individual seminar. Package reservations receive priority, followed by first-come, first-served registration.
Departments may reserve a package and designate different participants for individual workshops, provided they notify us in advance of their participation. The fee for the entire 3 session series is $453 and $150 for single seminars. Package reservations have priority; then, it is first-come, first-served.
