  3. Advisory Search Committee Preparation: Assemble and prepare the search committee to ensure effective collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
  4. Meetings & Candidate Qualifying: Conduct meetings to discuss candidate criteria and begin the qualification process for applicants.
  5. Candidate 1st Round Interviews: Organize and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the position.
  6. Candidate Final Round Interviews & Selection: Evaluate top candidates through final interviews, allowing for a comprehensive assessment before making a selection.
  7. Candidate Reference Checks: Perform thorough reference and background checks to verify candidates' qualifications and experiences.
