The following provides the UCLA Guidelines for Administration of the FY 2026-27 Salary Program for PPSM Policy-Covered Staff, designed to assist departments in reviewing eligibility criteria.

The UCLA Guidelines for the Staff Appreciation and Recognition (STAR) Awards for FY 2025-26 are now available.

The University is planning to implement a 2024-25 salary program as a general increase of 4.2% to base salary for all eligible policy-covered staff, contingent on approval of the allocation proposed in the State budget.
