In response to the stay-at-home order issued by Governor Gavin Newsom for Californians, the UC Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC) has transitioned to remote operations. Please be assured that UC pension payments, including the upcoming April 1 benefit payment, will continue on schedule.
The 2019-20 Together In Education In Neighborhood Schools Program, or TIE-INS, is now accepting applications. Launched in 2009, TIE-INS enables children of UCLA employees to attend certain LAUSD schools including families that live outside of the school’s attendance area. The program has been very popular among our faculty and staff; more than 1,800 children have participated since the program’s inception.

Benefits Open Enrollment is from Oct. 25, 2018, to Nov. 20, 2018. This is the first UCLA Open Enrollment using the new Employee Self-Service Portal on UCPath. It is important to remember that the Employee Self-Service Portal replaces AYSO for active employees as the electronic tool for making benefits elections. Eligibility for benefits, the timelines for Benefits Open Enrollment, and the required actions on the part of employees have not changed unless specifically noted.

Presented by representatives from the Office of the President’s Retirement Administration Service Center (RASC), this webinar, for UCRP members considering retirement from UC within the next five years, covers topics such as understanding the UCRP pension benefits, retirement savings and retiree health coverage. Family members, spouses and partners, and even personal financial advisors are welcome to also participate in these no-cost webinars.

Campus Human Resources (CHR) is pleased to announce the launch of its new and improved portal. The site features easier navigation, a powerful search engine supported by Google, and an enhanced design that allows users to quickly find the services they need-and use-most. The design features align CHR with UCLA's overarching brand image, which can been seen on all of the University's administration portal sites and its gateway page.
