Post-Election 2024: Managing During Times of Uncertainty
Many Americans are likely experiencing a range of emotions following the election results this week. Some may be feeling joy and exuberance, while others may be feeling disappointment, frustration, and disillusionment. There are also individuals who may be experiencing emotions somewhere in between, such as indifference, feeling cautiously optimistic, or numb. Wherever you may be in the moment, be aware of your feelings and let go of any judgment for experiencing these emotions. Be compassionate to yourself as well as to others around you as these are times of uncertainty for many Americans.
