Upon the request of a department manager, UCLA's Staff & Faculty Counseling Center (SFCC) is available to facilitate a work-group intervention to address departmental issues. Examples of topics include the following:

  • Organizational change
  • Loss of a colleague
  • Potential violence in the workplace
  • Lay-off situation
  • Other work stress-related topics

These interventions are geared to support employees through difficult times and re-establish their well-being and level of functioning.
