Freeze Period: Web Merit rosters are based on data in EDB as of April 23, 2014. If a transaction needs to be processed in EDB for an employee listed on the department Web Merit Roster during the period from April 29 through June 3, the Freeze Period, the action will interrupt the Web Merit transaction. In this circumstance, the employee must be deleted from the Web Merit roster and the merit will need to be processed manually by the department. 

Note: Departments may process separations and leaves of absences in EDB during the Freeze Period. Only salary transactions in EDB during the Freeze Period will interfere with the Web Merit process.
