The parties met for their third bargaining session on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. The University passed six proposals and proposed current contract language for an additional three articles. Teamsters Local 2010 passed three proposals, as well. Discussions centered around training and development, promotional opportunities, performance evaluations, work rules, and health and safety. Both Teamsters and the University mutually recognized their significant progress during their January 18 and 21 bargaining sessions. The parties acknowledged that they look forward to further progress and significant discussion as bargaining continues. The next bargaining session is scheduled for Thursday, January 27, 2022.
