Program Descriptions
UCLA Multidimensional Leaders’ Institute: The Anderson School has consolidated several of its previous diversity programs into a new combined program entitled Multidimensional Leaders’ Institute. The program brings together managers from diverse ethnic backgrounds, as well as individuals from the LGBT community and individuals with disabilities. This new, comprehensive Multidimensional Leaders’ Institute replaces the previous diversity institutes at Anderson.
UCLA Banco Santander W30 Program: This program will be open to faculty and staff at the Assistant Dean, Associate Dean, or higher levels. It is specifically designed to develop female leaders with interest and experience in University administration.
UCLA Women’s Leadership Institute: This highly successful program has been offered by Anderson in recent years and is ideal for leaders with five or more years of experience managing people and projects.
