In an effort to improve the administration of the Whistleblower Protection Policy, the University of California Office of the President (UCOP) is proposing extensive revisions to the policy, which applies to all University employees and applicants for UC employment.
The revisions are designed to help ensure that complaints alleging whistleblower retaliation are processed expeditiously and that steps for filing a complaint are clear.
