2022-2023 Systemwide UC Women's Initiative for Professional Development

Nominations are being accepted for the 2022-2023 Systemwide UC Women's Initiative (UC WI) for Professional Development. This is a valuable opportunity for mid-career women-identified professionals who hold academic or staff positions and those who support their career advancement at the University to participate.

UC WI is sponsored by the Systemwide Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (SACSW) and the UC Office of the President.

This nomination process covers six regional cohorts with 30 participants in each. The program will be offered virtually during the following timeframes: September – November 2022, January – March 2023, and April – June 2023. The cost to participate is $1,250, which covers all program materials and facilitation fees.

Please apply for the 2022-2023 UC WI or encourage a nominee to complete the application form. The online application process includes obtaining department or manager approval. The application process closes on March 28, 2022.
