Campus leaders, including faculty, managers and senior professional staff, are encouraged to participate in the 2024-2025 Management Seminar Series: Impactful Leadership Insights: Energizing Your Organization.
“Impactful Leadership Insights,” sponsored in partnership with UCLA Anderson’s Executive Education Program, is designed to provide practical tools and strategies to help attendees engage their team, enhance core competencies, build professional networks, and advance the University’s commitment to organizational effectiveness and inclusive excellence.
The series features presentations by Anderson faculty, national field experts, and interactive dialogue with campus colleagues. The virtual platform enables Campus Human Resources to support leaders operating under a hybrid work model. Quarterly sessions are offered on the following topics:
Happier Hour | Cassie Mogilner Holmes | Oct. 9, 2024 |
Behavioral Decision Making | Craig Fox | Dec. 11, 2024 |
Motivation & Incentives | Jana Gallus | Feb. 5, 2025 |
