At UCLA, we firmly believe in investing in the growth and development of our staff, recognizing that their effectiveness is integral to the success of the University. One of the ways in which we foster leadership development is through the Administrative Management Group (AMG), a campus advisory group that offers professional development opportunities to managers and those who aspire to become managers. These efforts support the University’s mission of excellence in education, research, and service.
Each year, AMG celebrates staff excellence by highlighting achievements that have had a beneficial and lasting impact on the Bruin community. We are honored to announce this year’s recipients of the 2024 Distinguished Career Award, Excellence in Leadership (EXCEL) Award, and Rising Star Award. Many outstanding nominations were received in each award category.
