The Administrative Management Group (AMG), sponsored by Campus Human Resources, is one of UCLA’s key advisory groups, with a focus on offering programs that foster career and leadership development for managers and supervisors, as well as those aspiring to become managers.
One of AMG’s most popular professional development resources is its annual Leadership Conference. This year, it will take place in-person at Carnesale Commons on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Focusing on “The Bruin Connection: Building Community through Leadership,” the AMG Leadership Conference will bring together prominent campus leaders and professional development workshops on a variety of career-building topics.
