Dear Bruin Community: |
We are excited to announce that UCLA is introducing two new campus HR systems that will enhance our hiring processes, improve our applicant experience and help to amplify the many exceptional job opportunities at UCLA. These systems pertain to the hiring of campus non-academic staff, and do not impact hiring for UCLA Health, academic positions and student workers. |
Campus Human Resources, in partnership with IT Services, has launched JDXpert, UCLA’s new position description management system, and iCIMS, UCLA’s new applicant tracking system, along with the fully redesigned UCLA Campus Job Opportunities website. The two platforms complete the launch of three new HR IT systems that are a part of the HR IT Systems Optimization (HRITSO) Program. |
Why is this important for UCLA? |
JDXpert and iCIMS bring modernized process and system upgrades to UCLA’s HR platforms, and will significantly streamline HR processes for campus department leaders, HR staff and hiring managers. These changes will also improve the applicant experience and enhance our ability to attract, recruit and hire campus employees. |
Who can access JDXpert, iCIMS and the new UCLA campus job opportunities website? |

How do I learn more? |

We are excited about these developments and greatly appreciate your support and partnership as we continue to modernize UCLA’s Human Resources systems to support campus needs now and into the future. |
