UCLA All-Staff Picnic Invitation

 
The 17th Annual UCLA All-Staff Picnic is scheduled for Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Dickson Plaza from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. This is an excellent opportunity for the campus community to reconnect and share in an array of Bruin activities planned for the summer event.
This year, all attendees will need to register for an eTicket to receive a free picnic meal. However, no registration is needed if you simply want to enjoy the event without a meal.
Due to the anticipated number of staff attending the event, you may only pick up your own lunch with your picnic ticket. Career and contract staff (represented and non-represented) with 50%+ appointment at UCLA who have a valid BruinCard are eligible for a ticket.
Staff are asked to make this a sustainable event by bringing reusable bottles and utensils and sorting trash at the picnic.
Supervisors are encouraged to grant employees sufficient release time in addition to their normal lunch period to attend the picnic, provided that the absence would not infringe upon the performance of required job duties. Staff on remote, hybrid or flexible schedules are welcome to attend.
