UCLA Employee Referral Program

In accordance with UCOP policy, Campus Human Resources has established a UCLA Campus Employee Referral Program (ERP). The ERP provides hiring managers with a tool to assist in recruiting top talent for difficult-to-fill and other designated positions within the University. The ERP encourages current UCLA Campus Employees to refer prospective candidates for jobs and recognizes UCLA Campus Employees when their referred candidates are successfully hired through the University's competitive recruitment process.

The UCLA Employee Referral Program (ERP) Guidelines outline the program's process and award program. CHR has established the process maps and procedures below to help you learn more about the program and understand the procedures based on your role in the program.
