In an effort to provide immediate access to employment data, the CHR Talent Acquisition (Employment) unit launched the Talent Acquisition Requisition Data Dashboard. The dashboard is an interactive tool that provides departments with the ability to review the overall campus and specific department employment data.
The “Average Time to Post a Requisition” metric is included on the dashboard. This metric provides departments with the actual average time it takes CHR Talent Acquisition to post positions once it is in our queue and approved for posting. Additional performance metrics will be added in the future. The Talent Acquisition Requisition Data Dashboard is available for each fiscal year quarter and is located on the CHR portal under Recruitment & Hiring Tools and Resources.
Campus Human Resources is exploring adding other Talent Acquisition self-service tools, guides, and forms as we develop processes to enhance efficiency. Questions and feedback on the Talent Acquisition Requisition Data Dashboard are welcome and can be sent to myates@chr.ucla.edu.
