Dear Colleagues:
I am pleased to invite campus leaders, including faculty, managers, and senior professional staff, to participate in the 2022-23 Management Seminar Series. Sponsored in partnership with UCLA Anderson’s Executive Education Program, this series will be offered on a virtual platform to ensure we reach those operating under a hybrid work model.
“People and Performance: The Keys to Achieving Success” is designed to help attendees strengthen team leadership skills, leverage core management competencies, enhance professional networks, and influence resources needed to support the University’s commitment to excellence. The series features presentations by Anderson faculty, who are national experts in their fields, and interactive dialogue with campus colleagues.
Quarterly sessions are offered on the following topics:
Building a Strategic Framework
Developing and Communicating Your Personal
Brand & Signature Story |
Architecting EDI: How to Redesign Systems through an Inclusive Lens
Creating a Culture of Motivation and Breakthrough Performance
All academic and administrative leaders, faculty, and professional staff at the PSS 5 or Career Tracks Manager-level classifications and above are eligible to attend.
For more information about the series, review our Management Seminar Series eBrochure (PDF). To enroll, please visit the UC Learning Center and select the Management Seminar Series category.
Departments may reserve a package and designate different participants for individual seminars, provided they notify us in advance of their participation. The fee for the full series is $550 and $188 for single seminars. Package reservations have priority; then it is first come, first served.
We appreciate your ongoing support of CHR Learning and Organizational Development programs to enhance leadership preparation. Please contact the Training Desk (learning@chr.ucla.edu) for enrollment assistance and Rejeana Mathis (rmathis@chr.ucla.edu) for program information.
We look forward to seeing you at the 2022-2023 Management Seminar Series.
