2024–2025 UC Women's Initiative for Professional Development

Dear Colleagues:

We are pleased to announce that the application period is now open for the systemwide 2024–2025 UC Women's Initiative (UC WI) for Professional Development.

UC WI is a unique, experiential program committed to enabling the full participation, advancement and success of mid-career, woman-identified faculty, academic personnel and career staff at the University of California. The program is sponsored by the Systemwide Advisory Committee on the Status of Women and the University of California Office of the President.

The 2024–2025 UC WI will be offered virtually during the following sessions:

September – November 2024

January – March 2025

April – June 2025

The program comprises six regional cohorts with 30 participants in each. The total cost to participate is $1,287.50 which covers all facilitation, materials, resources and support.

Applicants are asked to submit applications online for the 2024–2025 UC Women's Initiative for Professional Development, along with the approval of their department or manager. The application period closes on March 22, 2024.
