Nominations are now being accepted for the 2021-2022 Systemwide UC Women's Initiative (UC WI) for Professional Development. This valuable opportunity is ideal for mid-career women, including staff and faculty/academic personnel.
UC WI is an experiential professional development program that supports mid-career women who have demonstrated the potential to advance in their careers at the University. Sessions include conversations with established UC leaders regarding their career journeys. This program is sponsored by the Systemwide Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (SACSW) and the UC Office of the President and is open to woman-identified professionals to support diversity.
This nomination process covers six regional cohorts that will be offered virtually, between September - November 2021, January – March 2022, and April – June 2022. Each cohort will include 30 participants Systemwide. The cost to participate is $1,050, which covers all program materials and facilitation fees.
