Talent Acquisition is a unit within Campus Human Resources (CHR) responsible for the employment and recruitment of internal and external talent. The unit assists the University in attracting the best qualified and diverse applicants through various outreach efforts. Emphasis is placed on guidance and monitoring of the employment process and assisting the UCLA and the Los Angles community with employment opportunities within UCLA.

The Resume Book is a resource for external companies to review resumes provided by UCLA employees affected by layoff. These external companies are provided access to the Resume Book and may review resumes in consideration for positions within their organizations. Examples of external companies that have access to the Resume Book are: Amazon, LEK Consulting, ZS Associates, AT&T, Oracle, Lockheed and Accenture. If you are interested in having your resume as part of the Resume Book please send it in MS Word or PDF to TalentMatch@chr.ucla.edu and include in the subject line: RESUME BOOK.
