These seminars offer unique professional development for University leaders by world-class faculty, right here on campus. They feature relevant tools and approaches that have direct impact on improving organizations, innovations in management education and engage participants and their colleagues in intellectual stimulation and learning.

The theme of the 2023-24 series is Transformative Leadership. It is designed to help attendees strengthen team leadership skills, leverage core management competencies, enhance professional networks, and influence resources needed to support the University’s commitment to excellence. The series features presentations by Anderson faculty, who are national experts in their fields, and interactive dialogue with campus colleagues.

All academic and administrative leaders, faculty, and professional staff at the Career Tracks Manager level 1 and above, Professional 4 or 5, or PSS 5 and equivalent MSP classifications are eligible to attend.

Departments may reserve a package and designate different participants for individual seminars, provided they notify us in advance of their participation. The fee for the full series is $550 and $188 for single seminars. Package reservations have priority; then it is first come, first served.
