JDXpert is Live!
JDXpert, UCLA’s new position description management system, is now live. The system replaces UCLA’s PeopleAdmin system. Visit JDXpert today to initiate requests for new position descriptions, update existing position descriptions, and submit reclassification requests.

Vision
The HR IT Systems Optimization (HRITSO) program aims to modernize vital HR systems, streamline processes, and improve the overall experiences of HR clients, employees, and the campus community.
Program Overview
The HRITSO program includes the implementation of three new HR systems: The Bruin CHR Service Center (targeted to go live December 2023), JDXpert and iCIMS Talent Cloud (targeted to go live March 2024).
