Recruitment has begun for the 2021 Staff Enrichment Program (SEP), celebrating its 42nd year in January. This highly successful, one-year program is designed to foster career development and provide skill-building opportunities for staff in administrative support positions.

Nominations are now being accepted for the 2020-2021 Professional Development Program (PDP). As one of the most successful career development programs, PDP is beginning its 26th year. The program assists the University in the development and retention of a highly skilled, diverse, and motivated professional staff. The program has a demonstrated record of enhancing skills, strengthening institutional loyalty, and broadening participants' knowledge of University affairs.

UCLA’s Administrative Management Group (AMG), in partnership with Campus Human Resources and Health Human Resources, will host the 2020 AMG Leadership Conference: Shaping the Future of UCLA on April 14, 2020, at the UCLA Luskin Conference Center.

This impactful systemwide training program was established to enhance and strengthen leadership capabilities in core management competencies and ensure managers have the skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively lead, engage and develop staff.
Campus Human Resources is pleased to announce the 2020 UCLA Management Enrichment Program (MEP) and requests nominations or applications for participation in this high-level management development program. MEP is designed to provide a framework for enhancing decision-making and leadership skills, particularly in critical areas such as strategic planning, financial management, and human resources, along with achieving an understanding of the context in which decisions are made at UCLA.
UCLA Campus Human Resources is pleased to announce that recruitment is now open for the 2020 Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP).
MSAP is designed to assess and evaluate the management skills of high potential, early career supervisors and managers for future leadership opportunities at the University. The program is conducted at the UCLA Lake Arrowhead Conference Center, and all campuses from the University of California participate.
Applications are now being accepted for the Chancellor’s Executive Education Fellowship to the UCLA Anderson Executive Program. This fellowship is made possible by the generous support of Anderson’s Dean Antonio Bernardo and is intended to enhance the development of emerging leaders at UCLA.
The Executive Program is offered twice per year. The Spring session is scheduled for March 7 – June 22, 2020. The Fall session is scheduled for September 25, 2020 – February 6, 2021.
Applications are now being accepted for the Chancellor’s Diversity Leadership Scholarships. In 2020, three programs are offered by UCLA Anderson’s Office of Executive Education.
