Campus Human Resources (CHR), in partnership with IT Services, is excited to announce the launch of JDXpert. This new platform is the second of three new HR IT systems included in the HR IT Systems Optimization (HRITSO) Program.
JDXpert is a best-in-class position description repository and management system that will enable campus users to:
- Simplify the submission of position description (PD) and classification/reclassification requests to CHR Compensation through dynamic fields and a modern, intuitive user interface,
- Increase the ease of developing new or existing position descriptions by providing access to a robust content library and embedded links to important policies and procedures, and
- Easily track and view the status of position description and classification/reclassification requests in the system.
JDXpert replaces UCLA’s PeopleAdmin Compensation module.
