The 2022-23 Management Seminar Series lineup is available now. Sponsored in partnership with UCLA Anderson’s Executive Education Program, this series will be offered on a virtual platform to ensure we reach those operating under a hybrid work model.

The 17th Annual UCLA All-Staff Picnic is scheduled for Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Dickson Plaza from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Check out the new UC Experience Conversations toolkit, developed by a UC systemwide workgroup to support career development and increase retention of our valued employees. Managers and employees who participated in a systemwide pilot found the toolkit valuable and strongly supported sharing its use at all UC locations.
The tools will enhance one-on-one, broad-ranging conversations between managers and staff employees and cover topics such as:

• Career development

As in the past, the picnic will be held in Dickson Plaza from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. An invitation to all staff members will be distributed via e-mail in the coming weeks.
The Office of the President is submitting for campus review a new draft of the proposed Presidential Policy related to Abusive Conduct in the Workplace that responds to comments and suggestions received from campuses in the previous review.

UCLA’s Administrative Management Group (AMG), sponsored by Campus Human Resources (CHR), is excited to open registration for the 2022 AMG Leadership Conference. The two-day virtual event will focus on career development strategies and is scheduled for the afternoons of Tuesday, May 17 and Wednesday, May 18.
