What To Know
- UCLA is excited to announce that starting Tuesday, March 26, 2024, we will be transitioning to iCIMS, a new applicant tracking system, and new UCLA Campus Job Opportunities website.
- iCIMS replaces the PeopleAdmin system with a modern, easy-to-use platform that will streamline how candidates apply to jobs at UCLA and view the status of their applications.
- It will also enable department leaders, HR representatives, and hiring managers to easily create and manage jobs/requisitions, review candidates, create job offers and contracts, and hire employees.
- As part of the transition, all jobs posted in PeopleAdmin will automatically expire on Monday, March 25, 2024, at 11:59 PM. Candidates will no longer be able to apply to job postings in PeopleAdmin or access their applicant profile, application history, resumes, or job statuses.
- During the transition, all applicants will remain under consideration for any positions they have applied for in the previous system. Based on department discretion, some applicants may be invited to create a new applicant profile and continue their recruitment in the new system.
- Departments and hiring managers will have an opportunity to cancel or close out the requisition in PeopleAdmin until April 30, 2024, or continue the recruitment in iCIMS. Hiring managers should work with department HR representatives to ensure the appropriate transition.
- Please note that as we transition to the new system, the number of job openings on the UCLA Campus Job Opportunities website will increase over time as new job postings are populated.
