System Support Requests

  • For Campus Human Resources (HR) system-specific support questions or issues, please create a support request using one of the following:
  • Examples of system-specific support inquiries include:
    • Software System Support (Bugs/Issues)
    • Logon/Access Issues
    • System Unavailable or Unresponsive
    • Other Technical Support

Access Requests

To be granted access and specific functionalities for one or all of the systems below, please work with your Chief Administrative Office (CAO), HR Leadership, and/or Department Security Administrator(s) (DSAs) to determine if you should be provisioned a specific DACSS function code(s) for your department(s) and/or organization.

Once provisioned by your DSA, you are encouraged to refer to the following resources before working in the new systems.
