System Support Requests

  • For Campus Human Resources (HR) system-specific support questions or issues, please create a support request using one of the following:
  • Examples of system-specific support inquiries include:
    • Software System Support (Bugs/Issues)
    • Logon/Access Issues
    • System Unavailable or Unresponsive
    • Other Technical Support

Access Requests

To be granted access for any of the HR systems below, please work with your Chief Administrative Office (CAO), Departmental HR Leadership, and/or Department Security Administrator(s) (DSAs) to determine if you should be provisioned a specific DACSS function code(s) for your department(s) and/or organization.

Once provisioned by your DSA, you are encouraged to refer to the following resources before working in the new systems.
