iCIMS is Now Live

Campus Human Resources (CHR), in partnership with IT Services, is excited to announce the launch of iCIMS, UCLA’s new applicant tracking system, and the new UCLA Campus Job Opportunities website.  This new platform is the third and final new HR IT system included in the HR IT Systems Optimization (HRITSO) Program.

iCIMS is a modern applicant tracking system that will enable campus users to:

  • Simplify the process for attracting, recruiting, and hiring candidates from a centralized system.
  • Enhance visibility into the recruitment workflow, including access to data and metrics through a variety of built-in reporting and dashboards.
  • Expand candidate engagement opportunities and provide a better overall hiring experience through an enhanced career site and applicant portal.

iCIMS replaces UCLA’s PeopleAdmin Employment module. Beginning on March 26, the PeopleAdmin page will redirect to the new UCLA Campus Job Opportunities page.  PeopleAdmin will no longer be accessible to applicants and department users using this link. Department users can access PeopleAdmin HR using to view previous job requisitions and applicant information. Bookmark the new UCLA Campus Job Opportunities Website for future reference.
